Help for those affected by welfare reforms
26/09/2013 15:37:00

Croydon Council is holding a free advice and information day from 10am to 2.30pm on Friday 27th September at Fairfield Halls for those affected by the Government’s welfare reforms.

Residents will be able to get help finding a job, managing their money and finding more suitable accommodation.

The event is being organised in partnership with groups including Croydon Voluntary Action, Citizens Advice Bureau, Jobcentre Plus, Mind in Croydon, CAYSH and South West London Law Centre, who will all be on hand to offer advice.

Refreshments and a crèche facility will be provided so parents of small children can browse the different stalls.

More information can be found at www.croydon.gov.uk/benefitchanges.
