Public meeting on the benefits system
20/02/2013 10:50:00

Last night, I hosted a public meeting to outline the changes the Government is making (such as the cap which ensures that out of work families can no longer receive more in benefits than the average family earns), their impact on Croydon and my thoughts about further changes I would like to see.

Please feel free to take a look at the presentation I gave at the start of the meeting and let me know what you think:

You can also listen to a recording of the meeting courtesy of Croydon Radio:

The next meeting will be on Friday 3rd May from 6.30 in Croydon Town Hall. If you have a subject that you'd like to suggest then you can e-mail me using gavin.barwell.mp@parliament.uk.
