Application to demolish The Beehive pub, Woodside Green
23/12/2009 12:01:00

Asprey Homes have applied to demolish the Beehive pub and replace it with a two-storey building with retail on the ground floor and flats above plus eight three- bedroomed houses with an access road. You can read the application (number 09/02862/P) here.

If you live in the area, I would be interested to hear your views. I do have real concerns about the loss of pubs, which are an important focal point for local communities. Our Woodside Action Team – Serife Du’ven, Mark Johnson and Michael O’Dwyer – have submitted an objection.
