Labour councillor, Mike Mogul, has decided to leave Labour and join Croydon Conservatives. We’ve known Mike has been unhappy in the Labour Group for some time but it still came as quite a shock when he said he would like to join us. He’s been a member of the Labour Party for around 40 years so it can’t have been an easy decision for him to make.

As well as being impressed with the Conservative administration at the Town Hall, he was kind enough to cite yours truly as one of the reasons for switching sides. You can read the full story here.
