Want to know the facts about the EU and what leaving might mean? Come to my public meeting
01/03/2016 10:40:00

Last week, I sent out an e-bulletin about the deal the Prime Minister secured with other Presidents and Prime Ministers to reform our membership of the European Union. Since then, lots of people have replied saying they need more information before they make up their minds about how to vote in the referendum on 23rd June.

I have therefore decided to hold a public meeting at 7.30pm on Thursday 10th March at the Town Hall to give people a chance to ask questions about the deal, the pros and cons of membership and what leaving might mean.

If there’s a particular question you want answered - for example, how much does EU membership cost us and what do we get in return? - let me know so I can make sure I have all the facts.
