Addiscombe Grove development consultation
15/03/2015 12:19:00

A public consultation will be taking place shortly to outline plans for the development of Addiscombe Grove.

The exhibition will be open to residents on Wednesday 25th March from 4pm – 7pm in the rear hall of the East Croydon United Reformed Church.

Planning permission has already been granted for the demolition of the existing buildings and erection of a 7-storey office building. However, the new proposal is for a residential led mixed-use development that will include commercial space at ground floor level. It is anticipated that the scheme will have around 60 one, two and three bedroom apartments.

The developers are called ‘The Oakwood Group’ and they’d welcome feedback from local people about their plans. Do try to go along if you can.
